Returns and exchanges
Christmas gifts that are purchased from 20th November until the 20th December 2019 will be eligible for an extended exchange/return policy until January 15th 2020. Item/s must be unworn and still in their original condition, tagging and packaging. No return or exchanges on sale items. We are unable to accept return of earrings for hygiene reasons.
All Palas jewellery is carefully handmade from the highest quality materials and we are proud to offer a 365 day warranty against any manufacturing defects with a repair or replacement offered free of charge. This warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear or any mishandling that is not aligned with our care instructions.
If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase we are happy to offer you an exchange, online credit or refund (online credit not valid for AfterPay purchases). Returns must be sent and received within 14 days of your purchase and item/s must be unworn and in their original condition, tagging and packaging. No returns or exchanges on sale items. We are unable to accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons.
We only accept returns/exchanges for purchases made through our online store (palasjewellery.com). Please complete our returns form in full (download here) and post back the item/s. You will need to include your original Palas online order number. Return costs to Palas are paid by the customer and we will return your exchanged item/s to you delivery fee free.
Afraid that your pieces might get lost, stolen or damaged during transit? Then we highly recommend that you send the goods back via Registered Post.
We will return your exchanged items to you at no further freight charge (Australian orders only). All international returns/exchanges will be charged $30 return freight.
If you request a refund we will refund your order excluding the delivery fee. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment > Visa, Mastercard Paypal or Afterpay. A confirmation will be emailed to you when this is processed.
365 DAY WARRANTY
Our charms are handcrafted from the highest quality solid sterling silver 925, solid brass, bronze and copper. These metals will not discolour on their own, however when they are exposed to different elements these can cause the metals to oxidise. Our necklaces and bracelets are made from solid sterling silver 925, bronze, brass and genuine leather.
Our rose gold plated designs are .25 microns thick plated over sterling silver chains and bracelets. These are all made in Italy. We advise that you do not polish these chains or expose them to water, perfume, hairspray etc.
