RETURNS

If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase we are happy to offer you a refund. We recommend placing a new order within 14 days of the original order date for the item you would like to purchase and returning the existing jewellery for a full refund within 14 days to our returns department using the online returns form provided.

A full refund will be provided back to your original form of payment providing all original tags are attached and it is in original saleable condition. No returns or exchanges on sale items. We are unable to accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons. Returns info 

WARRANTY

All Palas jewellery is handcrafted from the highest quality materials and we are proud to offer a 365 day warranty against any manufacturing faults with a repair or replacement offered free of charge. This warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear or any mishandling that is not aligned with our care instructions. Warranty info 

Our metals are made starting from high end quality, oxygen free raw materials and produced in strictly controlled processes. Crafted without lead, cadmium or any other noxious elements as alloy components.

Solid sterling silver plated in 18 carat rose or yellow gold, .25 microns.

The silver is locally recycled in Indonesia and the alloy is imported. They do mix in some new silver when the recycled is not available and use a tarnish resistant alloy that is mixed in to create 92.5 sterling silver.

A protective lacquer coating is applied to all brass and bronze jewellery and also any silver elements that are on pieces featuring brass and bronze. It is a dipping process at the end of production to help minimise tarnishing and keep the pieces shiny. Polishing with our cloths doesn't remove the lacquer but enhances the shine.

All chains are solid sterling silver and also plated in sterling silver to keep them extra shiny.

Palas Jewellery is designed in Australia by founder Anna Dimond and most is handcrafted by expert silversmiths on the islands of Bali and Java in Indonesia, over the past 20 years.

Anna's design inspiration comes from her own life experiences, family, friends, travel and overcoming challenges by turning to words and symbols of positivity, love and protection.
